Terms and Conditions

● Prices include insurance, payroll, and administrative charges
● Parking charges are not included in any rates. Any parking charges incurred are the responsibility of the client
● All crew calls of 10 or more crew must include one crew chief
● All calls are 4-minimums, unless prior arrangements have been made
● After 8 hours in one day, time and ½ rate will be charged
● After 12 hours in one day, double time rate will be charged
● Calls starting between 12:00am to 6:00am will be billed at time and ½
● A meal break will be provided after 5 hours worked. 1 hour break if employee must go off-site, ½ hour break if

    employee is fed on-site. A meal penalty will be assessed if no break is provided after 5 hours.
● Holiday rate shall be at time and ½ rate for the first 10 hours, then double time rate after 12 hours. Holidays are

   Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve after 5pm, Christmas Day, and New Years Eve after 5pm.
● Drive time will added to any job that exceeds 45 miles one-way
● 50% deposit is required to confirm crew. Invoices are due NET 10 unless otherwise stated. There is an annual finance

    charge of 18% on all past due balances.
● A 2.9% service fee is added to all invoices if payment is by credit card.
