Chris Schuman-
Partner/Director of Operations
After graduating from
“The” University of Oklahoma in 2000, business
development and managing crews was my path. My first job
out of college was in outside construction business
development and as the crew supervisor in Oklahoma City
and then I quickly transferred to Washington, D.C. after
the attacks of 9/11. Being part of the massive re-build
of the Pentagon, the extension at Dulles International
Airport, and the cutting edge Homeland Security
compound, I was hooked on turning chaos into clarity.
In 2004, I combined
my passion for sports and entertainment and my path of
managing and building into what I have
now which is 10 years of experience.
Based in Los Angeles,
I’m never too far from the action of the Events &
Entertainment scene.
I’ve managed crews
upwards of 150 people and have built and created
whatever the client has desired. During my career, I’ve
delivered production services for literally thousands of
projects, including corporate events, special events,
sporting events, auto shows, fashion shows, theatrical
productions, themed attractions, concerts, award shows,
the Olympics, television & film productions, and
nation-wide tours.
Do right. Do your
best and treat others, as you want to be treated.
That’s how I work and that’s how I play. When I am
playing I’m enjoying my time with my daughters Gracie
and Ivy and wife Katy. They are the part of my life that
gives me the “extra” to make it not ordinary but
extraordinary.
Patrick Cleary-
Partner/VP Production & Operations
I moved from the East
Coast three years to Arizona from Florida. Leaving
behind family, job and memories. In the harsh times of
the downtrodden economy work was difficult to find. I
must have looked under every rock for a way to squeeze
some money out of my new town. I ended up a bouncer,
street perfume (knock-off) salesman, cold calling tool
salesman, and pushy “is your air conditioning running
well?” appointment setter to name a few. I finally
resided in the fact that I just needed some good honest
work I could do with my hands.
This epiphany led me
to where I am today. Responding to an ad on Craigslist
stating that there was landscaping work to be done that
would last until November. I jumped at the chance!
Finally, just a job, no promises other than work. After
being interviewed I was offered the option of sanding
boards in a warehouse by hand over the landscaping; I
took it. This is how I met my business partner and
genuine friend Chris. I told him that I was capable of
more then my current position, and he gave me a chance.
I worked hard to learn the industry and coupled with my
past managerial experience it was a natural fit. The
rest is history.
With ambition,
dedication and hard work we have grown the business into
what it has become today. A creative approach to helping
Events & Entertainment become what their creators
intended them, nothing short of breathtaking. I firmly
believe you get out of life what you put in, and that’s
how I tackle business; head first and 100%.
